The central and most challenging task in the Big Data field is the task of calculating the SVD decomposition of large sparse matrices. The scope of SVD is very broad: from recommendation systems and information compression systems to the finding solutions of the Schrödinger equation in quantum physics. The purpose of the project is to create a software package for calculating the main types of matrix decompositions: LDU, QR, QP, SVD, Choletsky decomposition. It is based on, developed by the project executors, new approaches to the creation of matrix block-recursive algorithms and new approaches to the construction of dynamic decentralized control of distributed computing process. The project consists of three parts. 1. Development of dynamic decentralized control scheme with simultaneous computing process on a supercomputer with distributed memory for block-recursive matrix algorithms. 2. Development of block-recursive algorithms for calculating matrix decompositions (LDU, QR, QP, SVD, Choletsky decomposition). 3.
