Getting of more complete and reliable information on the excited states spectra in deformed nuclei obtained from two-neutron transfer reactions by performing their statistical analysis using the proposed new method based on linear approximation for the repulsion density between adjacent excited states, and taking into account short- and long-range correlations, symmetry of the nucleus, as well as the study of the dynamics of collective excitations, moments of inertia of nuclear rotation, and features of neutron emission in fission reactions.
