We demonstrated that NETs initiate gallstone formation, in frames of Healthcare of Ukraine grant we demonstrated that inhibitors of NETs formation decrease the severity of NAFLD /NASH. Here we want to test if NETs are making microcrystals in the hepatobiliary system, causing bile accumulation and hepatocyte damage, determine their timing and localization.
