In this regard, much attention should be paid to establishing key indicators that functionally reflect the links between food products and the characteristics of the territory of its production, both its environmental conditions and genetically determined features of the local grapes and its microbiome. Thus, the aim of the study is to evaluate modern methods of terroir identification using the characteristics of the landscape and ecological conditions, DNA identification of soil microbiota, yeast component of berry microbiome, and objects of a phytopathological complex of vineyards. The identification of the terroir can be further used to determine the place of origin of the product, its authenticity, and its naturalness, including for the production of promising in Ukraine grapes and wine products with an indication of origin. popup.nrat_date 2024-12-09 Close
