The purpose of the project is to solve the fundamental and at the same time applied scientific problem of pattern recognition for optimal land use problems, which is one of the most important tasks of intelligent systems for resource-saving nature management. Due to the introduction of innovative image recognition methods in the development (through the use of project developments) it is planned to significantly increase the reliability of recognition of the surveyed areas of agricultural lands and industrial facilities for the purpose of monitoring areas of increased risk of emergencies, including certain emergencies.
