The main purpose of scientific research is the improvement and development of theoretical bases of elaboration and creation of the newest ground transport systems and energy complexes, their units, elements, control and monitoring systems; the construction of mathematical models and the development of fundamental research in the field of Maglev transport mechanics, dynamics and aerodynamics of high-speed objects moving near the Earth; the development of theoretical bases of new materials and technologies creation and their optimization for improvement of modern and for elaboration of the newest energy storage devices; the theoretical and experimental researching of technological processes for the creation of transport and energy systems in order to develop recommendations for improving the quality, energy efficiency and safety of these processes.
