The aim of the project is to develop safe donation protocols, as well as to ensure the sterility of whole blood and blood components by various methods of donation in animals. The reaction of the recipient animals during allogeneic blood transfusion will be studied. This research will provide an opportunity to develop and implement blood sampling protocols in donor animals, effective storage of whole blood and its components, as well as transfusion procedures and study the influence mechanism of donor blood on the body of recipient animals.
