Reveal the patterns of functional and structural effects of irradiation in the brain in the clean-up workers of Chornobyl NPP accident and in persons exposed to radiation under different scenarios of exposure. Determine the role of radiation-associated and stress-induced brain damage in the pathogenesis of functional-structural cerebral effects. Develop the concept of genesis of radiation-associated cerebral effects and innovative radiation cerebral diagnostic criteria for distinguishing radiation effects from cerebrovascular pathology in non-exposed patients.
