The aim of the research is to thoroughly cover a set of important but insufficiently studied problems concerning the history and current state of the structural levels of the Ukrainian language in its relations with other Slavic languages. The implementation of the scientific topic "Vocabulary, Phraseology, Stylistics of East Slavic Languages: Historical Processes and Current State" is to continue the Slavic traditions of Ukrainian linguistics, on the one hand, and to apply the latest methods and approaches to the study of Slavic languages, on the other hand. The relevance and social significance of the planned topic is due to the acuteness of linguistic problems and challenges that Ukraine is facing at the beginning of the 21st century.
