Objectification of assessment of the degree of severity and prediction of the course of the coronavirus infection COVID-19 in children with comorbid pathology based on an in-depth study of clinical and pathogenetic characteristics, indicators of cytokine status (IL-1?, IL-6, IL-8, IL-12, TNF -?, IFN-?), micronutrients (vitamins A, D, B6, B12, homocysteine, folates), hemostasis factors (Willebrand factor, factor VIII, thrombin-antithrombin complex, D-dimer, fibrinogen, activated partial thromboplastin time, prothrombin time, international normalized ratio (INR)), and optimization of treatment measures depending on accompanying pathological conditions.
