During the research, it is planned to carry out an analysis of the regulation of the conclusion of agreements on the transfer of technologies and the protection of intellectual property rights during international scientific and technical cooperation by international law and international private law; the national law of the states with which the scientific institutions of Ukraine cooperate the most; practices for concluding technology transfer contracts for various types of contracts.
