Study of international and national legislation of foreign countries, Ukraine, application practices regarding the conclusion of agreements on the transfer of technologies and protection of intellectual property rights during international scientific and technical cooperation of Ukrainian scientific institutions and preparation, based on the conducted research, of proposals for legislation, recommendations for scientific institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine regarding the conclusion agreements on the transfer of technologies, improvement of the regulation of intellectual property relations in the specified agreements.
During the research, it is planned to carry out an analysis of the regulation of the conclusion of agreements on the transfer of technologies and the protection of intellectual property rights during international scientific and technical cooperation by international law and international private law; the national law of the states with which the scientific institutions of Ukraine cooperate the most; practices for concluding technology transfer contracts for various types of contracts.
On the basis of the conducted research, it is planned to prepare recommendations for the conclusion of agreements on technology transfer and protection of intellectual property rights in international scientific and technical cooperation for scientific institutions of the NAS of Ukraine.
