Because the composition of microvesicles is very dynamic, there is an opportunity to manipulate it using modified MSCs as a source of microvesicles. During research, it is expected to obtain and study the features of the biological and therapeutic effect of human umbilical cord MSCs modified by various factors; development of optimal options for accumulation of extracellular microvesicles by modified MSCs, their fractionation, quality assessment; study of the therapeutic effectiveness of both modified MSCs and their extracellular products; evaluation of the combined therapeutic effect of modified MSCs and their secreted products, separate use of microvesicles obtained after cultivation of modified MSCs. Therapeutic effects will be investigated on model pathologies of various genesis in laboratory animals. Based on the results of the research, the principles of the use of MSCs and their extracellular products, as a medicinal product will be formed, which involves the comprehensive realization of the therapeutic potential of both directly MSCs and their extracellular products.
