The purpose of the work is to develop scientific provisions for the integration of electricity from wind and photovoltaic plants with stochastic power generation into technological processes of seawater desalination on an industrial scale for the production of "green" hydrogen in the Azov-Black Sea region of Ukraine, which is characterized by a high energy potential of wind and solar insolation.
