For this purpose, a further study of the mechanisms of stabilization of the structure of EMAP II and AIMP/p43 proteins in complexes with cyclodextrins, dextran-70 and TiO2 nanoparticles will be conducted. The dynamics of EMAP II and AIMP/p43 proteins and their stability will be investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy methods. On the basis of NMR data, fluorescence spectroscopy and computer modeling, ways of further stabilization of EMAP II and AIMP/p43 in the composition of nanocomposite complexes will be proposed.
