The aim of the project is to study the structure, dynamics and functional activity of nanocomposite complexes of EMAP II cytokines and AIMP/p43 precursor protein with ligands. For this purpose, a further study of the mechanisms of stabilization of the structure of EMAP II and AIMP/p43 proteins in complexes with cyclodextrins, dextran-70 and TiO2 nanoparticles will be conducted. The dynamics of EMAP II and AIMP/p43 proteins and their stability will be investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy methods. On the basis of NMR data, fluorescence spectroscopy and computer modeling, ways of further stabilization of EMAP II and AIMP/p43 in the composition of nanocomposite complexes will be proposed. Experimental studies of the obtained nanocomposite complexes of EMAP II and AIMP/p43 cytokines will be conducted on tumor cell lines
