The purpose of the work is to study the interaction of chalcogenide films in Ge(As)-Se(S) systems with laser and electron beams, the processes of charge accumulation in local irradiated areas of the films, and the formation of a nanostructured surface of the technical information protection element according to the developed layout. Studies of composite chemically modified films based on nanosized fragments of bacteriorhodopsin-containing purple membranes in organic and inorganic matrices will be aimed at optimizing the parameters of such structures for use in the field of security and information protection.
