The goal of the project is to create all-weather military UAVs of various purposes (reconnaissance, attack, "kamikaze") that will fly safely at large angles of attack in gusts of wind, in disturbed atmosphere and combat maneuvering, on takeoff and landing, with absence of static hysteresis effects in the zone breakaway angles of attack; with reduced dynamic loops when oscillating in the angle of attack; with the exception of stalling into a spin; with improved controllability characteristics during longitudinal and lateral motions for effective maneuvering.
