The aim of the work is the development of a typical high-efficiency power generation plant that works on uncertified biofuels from agricultural waste of local origin. Wide implementation of the plant as a component in the distributed generation of the United Energy System (UES) of Ukraine will ensure an increase in energy independence and security, as well as contribute to the transition to "green" energy, what will help to fulfill of the necessary requirements on the way to European integration and post-war recovery energy system of the country.
