The goal of the project is to create multiply degenerate metastable states of spontaneous electrical polarization induced by dimensional effects in nanoferroics; establishing the main regularities of the spatio-temporal evolution of these states in thin films, nanoparticles and nanocomposites of ferroelectrics, ferro-ionics and multiferroics; development of recommendations for the use of multiply degenerate metastable states in digital nanoelectronics.
