The goal of the project is to study and analyze the impact of long-term stress on various psychophysiological markers of health and aging in adults. This study aims to determine how chronic stress affects physical and mental health, evaluate physiological and cognitive indicators of aging, analyze the psychological consequences of stress and the influence of social support and lifestyle, and develop recommendations to reduce the negative impact of stress on aging processes. The results of this study will help to better understand the impact of chronic stress on aging, which will contribute to the development of effective strategies to maintain health and improve the quality of life of adults.
