popup.description1
research work is the study of the changes that have occurred in our state as a result of the exhaustion of the previous value-orientation structure imposed by the totalitarian communist system. The artificiality and lack of alternative social and state development of the Soviet state under the control of party autocracy gave rise to distrust in Ukrainian society in state institutions as structures capable of protecting and ensuring the rights of broad segments of the population (social groups). If at the global level the influence of the postmodern era was already tangible, then for Ukraine the restoration of independence truly pushed into a changing world, the experience of being in which was not in society or in state institutions. With the acquisition of independence, state structures in Ukraine went through the stage of their institutionalization, the development of functional mechanisms and effective norms for the existence of the country. The creation of a new political culture and the building of relations between the state and society took place against the backdrop of Ukraine's immersion in general world political, economic, and social processes (global processes) and the influence of the Soviet legacy.
