The aim of the work is to develop and improve the methodology of mathematical and physical modeling and optimization of thermal and thermodynamic processes in energy generation, transformation and consumption by creating the appropriate tools (methods, algorithms, programs, etc.) that can be used in the design, creation and modernization of power plants of both large and small capacity, as well as heat conversion and heat supply systems that meet modern requirements for energy, environmental and economic indicators, as well as testing the developed tools at individual facilities in order to improve their operational and design characteristics.
