Achieving this goal is possible by addressing the following tasks: • Substantiate a methodology for the integral assessment of the antioxidant status of fruits, vegetables, and mushrooms in the context of predicting their storage suitability; • Justify the principles for selecting compositions and concentrations of biologically active substances to correct the antioxidant defense of fruit and vegetable products and mushrooms, ensuring reduced storage losses; • Conduct testing and evaluate the effectiveness of the developed post-harvest treatment and storage technology for fruit and vegetable products and mushrooms under refrigerated conditions; • Develop practical recommendations for the technology of post-harvest treatment with biologically active substances and storage of fruit and vegetable products and mushrooms under refrigerated conditions, aiming to reduce quantitative and qualitative losses. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-29 Close
