The goal of the project is to study the mechanisms of interaction of a polymer matrix with electrically conductive nanoparticles, nanozymes (nanoparticles – mimetics of natural enzymes) and immobilized recombinant enzymes to develop new and improve existing amperometric biosensors for the analysis of ethanol, methanol and other alcohols in alcohol-containing products.
