The aim of the work is to conduct simulation and experimental studies of the characteristics of photon and neutron beams generated at the electron accelerators and the isotope neutron sources, considering their technical characteristics, to stimulate photonuclear and neutron reactions on the nuclei of rare-earth elements with their subsequent identification by delayed gamma radiation from the formed radioisotopes.
