Study of ecological and trophic groups of microorganisms from various plant communities of the Maritime Antarctic, isolation of pure cultures, their molecular genetic characteristic, determination of their physiological and biochemical properties, ability to synthesis of biologically active substances and solubilization of phosphorus, zinc and ferrum compounds, nitrogen fixation under the influence of different temperatures, high concentrations of NaCl and heavy metal ions. According to the results of the work, it is planned to deposit 2 strains of microorganisms in the Depository of Microorganisms of the D. K. Zabolotny Institute of Microbiology and Virology of the NAS of Ukraine.
