The work is aimed at ensuring a high level of speech, communicative, literary, and cultural development among preschool children, junior school students, and learners with special educational needs in the context of the modernization of Ukrainian education. To achieve this aim, a comprehensive analysis will be carried out of modern domestic and foreign scientific theories and practices related to the teaching of philological disciplines. The study takes into account the latest neuro-linguistic research, achievements in cognitive psychology, and developments in digital pedagogy, enabling the creation of truly effective teaching methodologies. The main tasks of the research include the development of new methodological approaches based on the principles of game-based learning, project-based activities, art integration, the use of information and communication technologies (ICT), as well as individualized and differentiated strategies. A set of educational and methodological materials is planned, including textbooks, didactic games, and electronic resources, to support the formation of language competence in children with varying levels of preparedness and psychophysical development. Experimental verification of the effectiveness of the proposed methodologies will be conducted in preschool institutions, general secondary and special education establishments, as well as in higher education institutions. The experiment will determine their impact on the dynamics of speech development, the formation of communicative skills, and the interest in reading and creativity. Based on the results, scientific and practical recommendations will be developed for teachers, s popup.nrat_date 2025-09-05 Close
