To determine the pathogenetic features of changes in immunity, the state of specific and nonspecific resistance, the degree of endogenous intoxication, the characteristics of disturbances in the prooxidant and antioxidant systems, and changes in the metabolism of nitric oxide in blood serum, homogenates of the bronchopulmonary complex, liver, kidneys, spleen, pancreas, duodenum, periodontal tissues, myocardium, and brain of experimental animals, in the dynamics of the development of the following experimental nosologies: bronchial asthma, pneumonia, allergic alveolitis, periodontitis, adrenaline-induced myocardial damage, immobilization stress, acute generalized peritonitis against the background of diabetes mellitus and hepatic steatosis in conditions of visceral obesity induced by a high-calorie diet, as well as the possibility of their pharmacological correction. To study the features of morphological changes in the internal organs of animals (bronchopulmonary complex, periodontal tissues, myocardium, liver, spleen, kidneys, brain tissue, duodenum, and pancreas) depending on the stage of manifestation of the above-mentioned nosologies.
