To achieve these objectives, the following research tasks must be completed: - to analyze the current state of planetary hydraulic machines, in particular, rotor system designs, manufacturing errors in their gear system, wear, and diametrical clearance, and to systematize the kinematic diagram of a planetary hydraulic motor, including the interaction of the rotor system and the distribution system; - to develop analytical relationships between the geometric, kinematic, and power parameters of rotors and the functional characteristics of a planetary hydraulic motor and to construct a refined mathematical model of rotor interaction, taking into account manufacturing errors in the rotor gear system, diametrical clearance, and wear; - to conduct parametric studies and analyze the influence of input parameters (diametrical clearance, manufacturing error in the rotor gear system) on efficiency, torque, and speed, and to develop a method for optimizing rotor design taking into account operating conditions; - develop an experimental setup and a model verification research program and conduct a comparative analysis of serial and upgraded planetary hydraulic motors; - formulate scientifically based recommendations for the design, manufacture, condition monitoring, and operation of planetary hydraulic motors with an improved rotor system. Research Object: processes occurring in planetary hydraulic motor rotor systems during their manufacture and operation.
