The purpose of the project is to study the factual aspects of the work on the popularization of domestic agriculture in the late 19th - early 20th centuries. As well as the need to determine what tasks were performed for the purpose of popularization in this area of work. It is planned to clarify the legal procedures and procedure for conducting popularization work in the field of agriculture. To establish the main stages and periodization of the phenomenon under study in the specified period. Within the framework of this study, the following tasks are envisaged: systematization of existing documentary sources and materials on the selected research topic; analysis of historically determined patterns of the phenomenon under study of popularization of achievements of agriculture and agrarian science in the specified period; establishment of the main areas of popularization work and its periodization; coverage of competitive and exhibition activities in the field of agriculture and agrarian science in the period under study; study of the popularization system in the field of agriculture and agrarian science; creation of generalizing knowledge-intensive sources of a scientific and methodological nature, etc.
