Nowadays, the task of increasing the efficiency of control of the operating modes of electrical circuits of electrical energy transmission and distribution systems has become relevant in Ukraine. Such control should be carried out on the basis of reliable forecasts of changes in time of both individual electrical loads and groups of receivers. The essence of this study is to determine effective approaches to analyzing the schedules of electrical loads of non-traction receivers of railway transport, as well as to determine on this basis reliable laws of change of values that characterize the specified electrical loads and can be used to implement effective and energy-saving control of power flows in the electrical networks of Ukrainian railways
