The study aims to develop prognostic models of the incidence of viral hepatitis B and C during the war and post-war periods and predictors of the risk of a complicated course of these diseases based on a comprehensive study of changes in the epidemic situation of viral hepatitis B and C during martial law in Ukraine, the features of the functioning of different types of immune cells of innate immunity, the influence of polymorphisms of the TBX21 (T-bet), FCGR3A (CD16A), IL7R (CD127) and PDCD1 (CD279) genes on the course of viral hepatitis.
