The goal of the project is to implement methods for obtaining cadmium telluride CdTe crystals and solid solutions based on it and to manufacture on their basis, by depositing thin films of transition metal oxides and chalcogenides and films of binary metal oxides, heterostructures with reproducible parameters and a comprehensive study of the physical properties of heterojunctions for use in electromagnetic radiation sensors.
