The aim of the work is a theoretical generalization, analysis of physicochemical interactions in complex systems containing manganese, chromium, iron; experimental research and development of technological foundations for obtaining spongy alloying materials with specified properties by the method of solid-phase reduction of a multicomponent briquetted charge, which includes, among others, substandard ores and technogenic waste with the involvement of a complex gas phase in the process, which has a high reduction potential, under the conditions of the joint influence of catalytic additives and an electromagnetic field, which ensures an increase in the extraction of the alloying component from the ore material and the production of a ligature with a high degree of absorption of the alloying component by the metal melt.
