The purpose of the study is to provide a comprehensive theoretical justification, design, and scientific and methodological support for a holistic system of training pedagogical workers to create a health-preserving, safety-oriented and barrier-free educational environment. It is intended to define the conceptual foundations, principles, structure, content, forms and methods of teachers’ professional training aimed at forming their readiness to ensure students’ physical, mental and social well-being. Particular attention is paid to the development of key competencies of teachers in the field of inclusive and special education, life safety, health preservation and the creation of an accessible educational space without barriers, taking into account the individual educational needs of children with developmental disabilities. The implementation of the goal also involves the development of effective pedagogical technologies, methodological recommendations and practical tools that ensure the implementation of the specified system at various education levels, taking into account modern challenges and needs of society, as well as the principles of sustainable development and human-centeredness in education
