The aim of the work is to develop mathematical models, scientific substantiation and experimental verification of methods for intelligent energy-efficient control of linear electric drives with an open magnetic system for automated systems of critical infrastructure facilities in Ukraine. Achieving this goal involves the creation of new approaches to modeling electromagnetic and electromechanical processes in linear machines, taking into account edge effects, spatial asymmetry of the magnetic field and variable parameters of the secondary element. Special attention is paid to the development of intelligent control algorithms capable of adapting to the conditions of unstable power supply, variable loads and external disturbances, which are characteristic of modern infrastructure facilities. The work envisages increasing the energy efficiency of electric drives by optimizing operating modes, reducing energy losses in transient processes and compensating for dynamic nonlinearities caused by the design features of linear electric motors. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in creating effective technical solutions for the modernization and restoration of critical infrastructure facilities, automation and increasing reliability in conditions of real operational challenges. The work is based on many years of experience and scientific results of the Department of Electrical Engineering, which cover theoretical and experimental research of linear asynchronous electric drives, including the development of mathematical models, design, manufacturing and implementation in industrial installations.
