Determine and assess the scale of the potential impact of the construction and operation of the wind power plant (WPP), as well as the consequences of this impact on the biodiversity of birds, mammals (including bats), reptiles, and amphibians in nearby or distant nature reserve fund sites; additionally, where necessary, assess the impact on Emerald Network and ecological network sites.
Assess the potential impact of spatial fragmentation and anthropogenic pressure on the natural environment (existing and potential new power transmission lines and transport networks) resulting from the planned construction and subsequent operation of the WPP.
