The aim of the research is to develop the scientific and methodological foundations for the metrological support of decision-making processes at facilities posing technogenic hazards. This is to be achieved through the development and refinement of information-measurement technologies; methods and models for assessing the accuracy, uncertainty, and reliability of measurement results; algorithms for the intelligent processing and analysis of measurement data; and methods for the comprehensive assessment and forecasting of the state of monitored facilities. The ultimate goal is to enhance the substantiation, timeliness, and reliability of decisions aimed at preventing accidents, mitigating technogenic risks, and ensuring the safety of production processes.
