The methods of zink determination in the cells with the help of chelators dithizone and 8-(n-toluolsulfonylamino)-quinoline (8-TSQ) were elaborated. The stage of cytochemical reactions of these reagents depending on animal's species and age and functional cells state was studied. The methods of destruction (modification) of chelators injuring impact on cells were worked out. These methods are recommended for large-scale clinical blood investigation. The chelators may be recommended for the simulation of pathological processes and states, for example, diabetes.
