By using of both experimentally measured parameters of reactivity of substituted in ring and in vinyl group styrenes and calculated quantum-mechanic parameters of these molecules it was shown that change of molecule reactivity with change of its structure can not be explained only by change of their electron donated properties. The relation between reactivity and both electronic and thermodynamic parameters was estableshed.
