In this report a generalised Nevannlinna-Pick problem in a special subclass of Nevanlinna functions are considered. Explicite formulas for the extremal solutions of this problem are obtained. The power moment problem in the compact interval is considered. The all solutions are described in terms of a linear fractional transformations in the nondegenerate case. The explicit formula for the resolvent matrix is obtained. In this report the de Branges spaces in connection with interpolation problems in the Stieltjes class. It is shown that two de Branges spaces should be taken to correspond to such problems. In this case the interpolation problem itself become s equivalent to the problem of consistent integral representation of inner product in the corresponding de Branges spaces.
