Karazin popup.description2 The object of investigation are controllable systems of differential equations. The goal of reseach is to find the counditions of solvability of the optimal positional synthesis problem with mixed functional of cost. The method of reseach is sequentive analitic and logic analisis of the investigated objects. The positional control has been constructed and by means of contollability function it was shown that this control is nonlinear wich is the difference from the well-known case when the functional of cost isn't mixed. Because of nonliarity of control the question of existence and the uniqueness of solution of Cauchy problem with this control has been investigated. It was proved that the constructed control and the corresponding to it solution of Cauchy problem give the solution of the optimal synthesis problem. The connection of the problem of optimal control synthesis with mixed functional of cost and the optimal stabilization prob lem has been investigated. The reseach is important because of the possibility to apply the obtained results to different problem of synthesis of optimal control, the problems of stabilization, controllability, identification.
