The aim of investigation - searching of effective, ecologically harmless antioxidants, organic compounds and materials on its basis. The methods of investigation - gas-volumometric measurements, chemyluminiscence, photocolorymetric measurements, IR-spectroscopy, polarography. Results - the new natural antioxidants are obtained from the available plants stuff; the complex investigation of correlation between antioxidant activity and its isolation conditions, composition, action mechanism, substrate oxidation condition has been made; have been shown, that the new antioxidants to be used for stabilizing food oils, margarine and other fat containing products; the theory of synergetic action of phenol antioxidants - helatic metals compounds mixtures in epoxy polymers degradation has been developed. The new antioxidants and mixtures augment antioxidative stability of materiales substantially.
