The object of the investigation: the system of collective and contractual regulation of social and labor relations in the agrarian sector of economics. The purpose of the work is to trace the acting and forming new aspects of the social and labor relations in the agrarian sector of economics and working out on this basis of proposals and directions of the development of the system of their collective and contractual regulation. The investigation methods are as follows: a system and structural analysis, sociological questionnaire and interviewing, analysis of normative and legislative documents. The scientific novelty consists in determining the position and role of the collective and contractual regulation of the social and labor relations in the agrarian sector of the economics in the period of transition to the market methods of management in the agriculture.
