Reserchres object - SNNP ecological system. Aim - development of the SNNP ecological system cybernetic model structure, models of radionuclide migration models of lakes "aging". Total structure of the SNNP cybernetic model was developed. The trophic state of Crymno and Svitjaz lakes was analized on the base of comparative approach. The verbal model of Crymno evtrofication was also developed. New parameter for lakes trophic state evaluation - ratio of lake perimeter to its square - was proposed.
