In work the elaboration's result of the fault-tolerant actuator of control systems projection theory in aerospace branch are presented. The purpose of development is the creation of princips for providing of fault-tolerance, creation mathematical tools, algorithms and software for projection of the actuator of fault-tolerant control systems, elaboration of hardware for automation projecting of the actuator. Methods of the researches are mathematical, half-full-scale modelling. During of work was developed principles of the fault-tolerance providing, was researched the actuator, was created mathematical and diagnostic models, developed hardware and software for automation of projecting of the fault-tolerance actuator. Area of outcomes application- control system design of aerospace branch objects.
