In the report the elaboration's results of information control system of Kharkov aerospace university administrative and financial activity are presented.The purpose of elaboration is the creation of information control system modern concept, analytical and computer methods of the analysis and prognosis of high school economic activity, which will allow to develop the mechanism of it's regulation adequate to modern economic conditions and to determine decision making procedures with the purpose of it's effective control. Researching method - mathematical, simulation, object modelling. While researching, the elaboration of university administrative-financial activity information control system concept and also subsystem of the analysis and prognosis of it's economic activity are completed. Outcoming from formalization of separate university economic activity processes connected with inflow and expenditure of money resources, the crediting of high school and evaluation of repair jobs projects the mathem atical models were created. They permit to evaluate outcomes of making decision in this sphere of high school activity quantitatively and to carry out the effective analysis of management decisions on the basis of prognostic information; algorithmic and software of machine models are developed. Area of results application - control by administrative, financial and economic activity of high schools.
