The elaborated models of organisation of PNC under principles family medicine have been introduced into experimental medical institutions of Kyiv, Kyivskaya and Luganskaya regions. The packet of normative and juridical documents, instructional and methodical materials and statystic forms (near 40 names) necessary to inculcation of family medicine into public health practice havs been elaborated and prepared for confirmation. The results of this work were used during preparation of Cabinet of Ministres of Ukraine decree N989 from 20.06.2000 "About complex measures to introduction of family medicine into public health system" and order of Health ministry of Ukraine N214 from 11.09.2000 "About confirmation of the plan of PMC organisation transition by stages to principles of family medicine".
