The research work on a subject "Fulfilment the project of asymmetric access for Internet resources in an experimental mode and creating of WEB - site of the Ukraine Economics Ministry" was executed according to the agreement № 57/1-25 from October 04, 2000 with State research institute of informatization and simulation of economics. The given report was drawn up by results of researches of 2000, namely: were designed solutions of implementation of asymmetric access to information resources of the Internet, were analysed the contents and patterns of WEB-sites of economical institutes of state power of the countries of a world, was executed the pattern and breadboard of a site, were created of the database, scratch files and analytical materials, which one can be used for maintenance and filling of pages of a site, was prepared the version of a site to provide it in the Internet.
